Refund & Return Policy – IQsmart.pk

At IQsmart.pk, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality stationery and art supplies, and we want you to enjoy shopping with confidence.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened pens, markers, paints, or other consumables.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Clearance or sale items marked as “non-returnable.”


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund (including shipping costs if it was our mistake).


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Depending on your payment method, it may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
