At IQsmart.pk, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality stationery and art supplies, and we want you to enjoy shopping with confidence.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Opened pens, markers, paints, or other consumables.

Customized or personalized products.

Clearance or sale items marked as “non-returnable.”
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund (including shipping costs if it was our mistake).
4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Depending on your payment method, it may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
