Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan. Some remote areas may take longer or have limited courier options.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 2–5 working days for major cities and 4–7 working days for remote areas. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders during promotions.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Any other payment options available for your order are also shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have your order number. Opened pens, markers, paints and other consumables, customised products and sale items marked non-returnable can't be returned. Read the full Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund — including shipping costs if the mistake was ours.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved. Depending on your payment method, it can take 5–7 working days to reach your account.

Do you take bulk or office orders?

Yes. Use our Custom Purchase Order form and we'll get back to you with a quote.

Can I visit your shop?

Of course — we're Iqbal Stationery Mart, Thana Road, Jinnah Road, Quetta.
